Design Approval

On the order form you will have an option to let us know if you would like us to email you a proof of your design before we process your order.

• If YES, after we have personalized your design, we will e-mail you a free low-resolution proof of your final design before we print. This is typically sent within 3 business days or sooner after receiving your order.  We usually email a sample pretty quick.  Custom order design samples may take longer than normal, but that would depend on the complexity of your customization.

You may either reply to the design preview email with your approval or give us a call.  If you request a preview of your design on the order form, we MUST receive your approval before printing & shipping your order.

• If NO, we will not email you a preview...BUT, if we are not 100% clear on any customization to your product design, we will email you a sample for approval no matter which proof option you choose.

Reviewing the proof is your opportunity to check for typos, grammatical errors and missing content. Please review and check the proof carefully. Following your approval of the proof we will begin to print and package your order.
